Terms and Conditions of Use of Mikayla Chisholm Coaching, Group Mastermind, Workshops, Courses and Programs

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully prior to purchase, use, or access of any of our products, including coaching, group masterminds, workshops, courses, and programs. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offerings provided by Mikayla Chisholm ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

All programs, products, courses, and services are owned and provided by Mikayla Chisholm ("Company" or "we" or "us" or "our"). The term "you" or "your" refers to any user or purchaser of said program(s), product(s), course(s), or service(s) ("Offerings"). These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern and define how you are allowed to use and access the Company’s Offerings. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time and will update them accordingly with the "date last updated" at the top of this document.

You are legally bound to these Terms whether or not you have read them. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures contained herein.

Age Requirement

By purchasing or accessing our Offerings, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your applicable jurisdiction. Access by minors is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

License

Limited License:

Subject to and in accordance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license ("License") to make individual use of the purchased Offering. This License does not entitle you to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute any materials included in the Offerings without prior written consent.

Ownership of Content:

All materials, resources, and recordings provided in our Offerings are the sole intellectual property of Mikayla Chisholm. This includes but is not limited to models, formulas, frameworks, step-by-step processes, and methodologies provided within any program, course, workshop, or coaching session.

- You agree not to reproduce, share, sell, or otherwise distribute any part of these proprietary models, formulas, or teachings without explicit written permission from Mikayla Chisholm.
- You may not use these materials to create derivative works, products, or services, nor to teach or sell them as your own.
- Unauthorized use of any materials is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Fees and Refunds

Fees:

Fees for our Offerings are listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change fees at any time.

Payment Plans:

If you choose a payment plan option, you are contractually obligated to complete all payments in the plan, regardless of whether you continue participating in the program. Failure to meet payment obligations will result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Offering and/or barred from future programs until payments are back in good standing.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our Offerings being educational and for personal development purposes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services, workshops, group containers, courses, or programs once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

No Guarantee of Results:

Recording Consent

By participating in our programs, workshops, courses, and mastermind groups, you acknowledge and consent that certain sessions may be recorded for inclusion as part of the program curriculum. These recordings remain the sole property of Mikayla Chisholm and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed by participants without express permission.

Community Conduct

Prohibited Behavior:

We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all participants. Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or any form of discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.

Right to Remove:

We reserve the right to remove any participant from group settings, including masterminds, workshops, or other Offerings, without notice or refund if they engage in hate speech, harassment, bullying, or other inappropriate behavior that disrupts the group dynamic or violates these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to any of our Offerings at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms. No refunds will be provided in the event of termination.

Security and Confidentiality

Security:

It is your responsibility to secure your login credentials to prevent unauthorized access. We are not liable for any breaches caused by your failure to secure your information.

Confidentiality:

While we strive to maintain confidentiality, you acknowledge that certain communications may not be entirely secure.

Assumption of Risk

By accessing our Offerings, you assume all risk associated with their use. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the materials.
